The partnership between Chef Zizi Hattab and Chef Gaushan at Aragu created an unforgettable gastronomic journey. Chef Hattab, named the "discovery of the year" by Gault Millau in 2020 and the first vegan chef in Switzerland to earn both a green and a red Michelin star, brought her exceptional skill in plant-based cuisine to the table.
